Am I missing something?

This morning, whene I went for a jog in my local park, everyone was jogging backwards around the track.

Is this some new fashion, or has it just been shown that jogging in reverse makes you younger?

  1. It’s the new “thing” in jogging apparently, or so I’ve heard. Supposed to reach those muscles that normal jogging misses. I can just see the headlines now: “Death toll continues to rise from uncoordinated backward jogging fad”.
