This is great! So refreshing to see young people in Japan hungry to learn about and experience the culture….rather than just party š
When I was there I lost 20 lbs in one year. My family were horrified but I think I was the healthiest I’ve ever been. Is your diet primarily Japanese food, western food, or a mix of both? How do you stay so lean?
We have a mix of both. Unfortunately time constraints mean that I don’t eat healthy home made food as much as I would like to. My staple diet recently has been organic muesli for breakfast and curry rice for lunch! Evenings are different everyday.
All that eurythmy seems to have paid off !
