And it was all done on a Mac. And on a press somewhere in Holland.

Thank you! I did lay it out myself, but these photos make it look a bit fancier than it is! Unfortunately the text is limited to just a label and brief description of each page.
The software – nothing other than iPhoto! I just happened to see the button labelled “Book”. Clicked on it, and followed the instructions. I was delighted by how simple the whole process was, and was quite happy with the price too, although postage was a bit of a rip-off.
